The Power of the Network Marketing Entrepreneur Opportunity

Network Marketing is the highest-ranking industry in the world coming in at $190 billion.

Before delving into "The Power of the Network Marketing Entrepreneur Opportunity" let's start with a few definitions.

Network:
(noun) an association of individuals having a common interest, formed to provide mutual assistance, helpful information or the like.

Marketing:
(noun) the total of activities involved in the transfer of goods from the producer or seller to the consumer or buyer, including advertising, shipping, storing, and selling.

Opportunity:
a situation or condition favorable for the attainment of a goal

Entrepreneur:
a person who organizes a venture to benefit from an opportunity, rather than working as an employee. Entrepreneurs play a key role in any economy. These are the people who have the skills and initiative necessary to anticipate current and future needs and bring good new ideas to the market. Entrepreneurs are naturally drawn to network marketing opportunities.

The Power of the Network Marketing Entrepreneur Opportunity contains three income levels:

Part-Time Income
Little Capital
No Risk

Full-Time Income
Leveraged
Income

True Financial Freedom
Freedom to create
the life you want
to live

There are many network marketing opportunities in the world. How do you evaluate a good business opportunity and choose one that is right for you?

First, there are five things to look at:
  1. The Company
  2. The Products
  3. The Financial Opportunity
  4. The Culture
  5. Timing
There are three main components to look at when evaluating the product or service:
  1. Different What makes the company or business opportunity different?  What makes it different from the competition? What makes it unique?
  2. Advantage The difference has to give you an advantage over the competition or an advantage in the marketplace.
  3. Sustainable The business must be sustainable.
Where can you find Network Marketing companies? You can always do a Google search or take a look at the top companies as reported by Direct Selling News. On April 1, 2020, they announced the list of top direct selling companies in the world based on 2019 revenue.

A few insights from this year's list:

  • 48% of companies grew year-over-year from 2018 to 2019
  • 2 of the top 10 companies reported increased revenue
  • Six companies grew by $100 million from 2018 to 2019
  • Companies ranking 11-25, seven reported increased revenue
  • Companies ranking 25-50, 15 reported increased revenue

ASEA Global is ranked 44 in the world with 2019 revenues of $170 million. You can find more information about ASEA on my website.

Controlling Emotions with the Facts

Friday Recap

I have been (somewhat obsessively) listening to the press conferences of Governor Cuomo and President Trump. I track numbers using the Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center. Numbers keep me grounded. When numbers surge, the day over day percentage change helps me keep things in perspective. The percentage of new cases in New York City and Westchester County is dropping. Death percentages, as expected, are up; yet, not as high as anticipated.

A Disappointing Announcement - NY is on PAUSE until May 15

Why is this disappointing? Because it crushed my hope that we may possibly be looking at a new normal in a couple of weeks. This is 29 more days. It feels very far away. I am saddened by this news. Who knows, the situation changes hourly and maybe this will too.

A New Normal

COVID-19 brings with it a new reality. "Normal" going forward will be different. There will be a new normal. There are too many unanswered questions; questions only time can answer. Is this virus going to come back? Will we have a break until the Fall when flu season returns? Will the United States, and the world, be forced into lockdown again?

Opportunities for the Future

I am a very active person. I do not have a traditional job. I describe myself as an entrepreneur wearing many hats and making a difference.

My last typical Saturday was March 14, 33 days ago. I confine myself to home. I count on one hand the number of times I ventured out. I have become terrified of going to a store. Fortunately, I don't have to. I use FreshDirect for delivery and have not had to go to a grocery store since 2011.

I am doing a lot of research. I majored in Marketing and Management at Iona College before the dawn of the Internet. The Internet created a world of possibilities combined with information overload. How do you reach your market? Can you achieve organic growth? What is the message and how is it perceived? What do people want? What do people need? I am fine-tuning my focus and I am developing a message geared toward today's opportunities.

The Power of the Network Marketing Entrepreneur Opportunity

Stay tuned - the message is developing and details will be forth coming.

How Do You Feel About Wednesday?

Why is Wednesday “Hump Day”? Is it really the middle of the week? What happens when you include Saturday and Sunday a.k.a. the weekend? If you think of the week starting on Sunday, then Wednesday is still in the middle and is still “Hump Day”. If you think the week starts on Monday, does Thursday becomes “Hump Day”?

I woke up thinking about this and never pondered the day that falls in the middle of the week. I find it interesting that Wednesday falls in the middle of both a Monday through Friday, the traditional work week, and also in the middle of a week that starts on Sunday.

One of my favorite calendars is the American Express Desk Calendar. The weekly pages start on Monday and the month at a glance starts on Sunday. This addresses both thoughts for the start of the week - Sunday or Monday. I use Monday as the start of my week. What day do you use?
